Does my client need an account?

Not for a link room. They open your shared link and review the work in their browser. Password-protected and approval-based rooms require a client account.

Can photos and videos live in the same room?

Yes. Add both to a project, organize them into folders, and let clients review in their browser. Notes can point to a spot on a photo or an exact timestamp in a video.

How do I start creating rooms?

Create an account and confirm your email. The LaqtaRoom team then enables your room and storage allowance. Once access is enabled, you can create rooms and upload your work. Contact support if you need help getting set up.

Who can see and download my work?

You choose the room’s access mode: a shared link, password protection, or approval. Downloads are optional and controlled by the room owner.

Can I send someone just one shot or one folder?

Yes. Share a single shot, a hand-picked set, or a whole folder with its own link. That link has its own password, end date and download setting, and whoever opens it sees only what you shared. Their notes stay between you and them.
